I went to a inn Saitama Prefecture with my friends.
This house has a thatched roof and is made of wheat.
Wheat is short, so no one seems to be able to use it to build roofs anymore.
However, the owner of the building himself learns and maintains it, so it still has a beautiful roof.
I have also seen such roofs in period dramas, and I think they are really wonderful, and when I actually see them, I am moved.
The food is delicious, and you should visit the beautiful thatched-roof houses that have been around since the Edo period.
